1. Cut the pork belly into strips and prick the surface with a fork to make it more flavorful when marinated later.
2. Prepare the ingredients for marinating, add barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, honey, ginger slices and minced garlic, mix well with your hands, and then marinate for more than an hour. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be. You can marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Slice the onion and place it on the bottom of the rice cooker. Place the marinated pork belly on top. Pour in the marinating sauce and press the cooking button.
There is no need to grease the bottom of the rice cooker, because there are onions and sauce underneath, and oil will come out during the cooking process, so there is no need to worry about it sticking to the bottom.
4. After the rice cooker is under pressure, take out the meat strips and scoop up the sauce at the bottom of the pot and set aside.
After the barbecued pork has cooled, you can slice it and place it on the plate. Pour the sauce on top of the meat and sprinkle some white sesame seeds at the end.
