What delicious food is there in Chuzhou?

Food is the most important thing for the people.

People who don’t like to eat don’t know how to enjoy life.

If you want to truly understand the food of a place, you should start with the local snacks, haha.

In fact, people in Chuzhou are quite delicious. No matter how poor, poor or miserable they are, the business of selling food in the streets and alleys is always booming, and people eat and drink with gusto.

So let me talk about some of my favorite Chuzhou snacks.

Next to Nanqiao, there is a restaurant on Yizhong Road that sells vermicelli noodles in a clay pot. Their mutton vermicelli is my favorite. I have never gotten tired of eating it for at least 9 years.

The boss is from Suzhou, and he has been selling vermicelli and kelp vegetarian chicken and chicken on the first floor of that residential building.

Their vermicelli soup is very delicious, with seaweed, dried shrimps and a few spoons of spicy oil, it makes you sweat profusely. The soup is delicious and the vermicelli is not easy to burn.

Every time I pass by that slice, I can’t help but grab one.

Business has been good.

The best mutton vermicelli in Chuzhou.

In the snack area in the first attached small building, there is a barbecue sold by Fatty, which is delicious.

His family is actually quite famous in Chuzhou. People who go to Sipailou to eat barbecue know that his family is the best.

What about roasted lamb, roasted lamb tendons, roasted lamb crispy bones, and roasted lamb intestines!

And because there are so many snacks there, it’s very convenient to grab something to eat on the way.

The last barbecue restaurant in Songcheng. Their grilled lamb chops are delicious. One pound is enough for two people. I think it costs 22 yuan per pound.

The special barbecue in the Jinyutou hotpot restaurant next door is supplied by his family.

There is a barbecue opposite the barber shop in Mong Kok. I forgot the name. It is quite a big place.

The grilled fish inside is delicious!

It's just a bit expensive, a small Wuchang fish costs 4 yuan.

But there are other yellow croakers, grass carps and the like.

Their roasted lamb tendons are quite unique because they are made from mutton tendons and cannot be eaten once they are cold.

PS: The cold beef tendon is the most delicious, it will make your mouth water.

There is a steamed bun shop on Fenghuang East Road. The tofu steamed buns inside are delicious. They put a lot of spicy oil. The outside of the steamed buns looks bright red, which arouses people's appetite. They taste delicious, spicy and tender. Like it, hehe.

.

I like the Kowloon bag!

I loved eating it when I was in Wuhu. I only ate the multi-flavored vegetable in it every time, which is actually prunes. It tastes a bit sweet but very fragrant. The buns are very big. I feel full after eating two of them.

, three seems to be my highest record.

Shaxian snacks in Fujian are diagonally opposite where they sell Kowloon dumplings.

I used to eat it often in Wuhu for a while, but then I got tired of it and I tasted almost everything in it.

The wontons taste pretty good, because they are a bit crunchy. According to the boss, it’s because the meat for the filling is beaten, so it’s tough. I don’t know, but it’s just delicious to me.

The steamed dumplings inside are also delicious. People like me who don’t like dumplings can eat several. They are small, cute in shape, and there is no soup in them. They are dry but chewy and have a unique taste.

In the past, pigs loved this food the most. Every time we went to eat together, they would eat two cages. Khan, you are worthy of being a pig.

Duck blood vermicelli and beef vermicelli from Fenghuang Village.

Although their family is famous for their duck blood vermicelli, I personally don’t think it’s that delicious, and it tastes better than beef vermicelli.

The kelp sold next to it is delicious. It is the kind of thick kelp (I hate kelp that is as thin as paper and like rotten leaves), and spicy, which is in line with my preference.

And the fried stinky dried seeds are also good, very delicate.

It’s the Juxiangyuan Cake Shop in Fenghuang No. 1 Village. The red bean cakes there are quite good.

I walked in by chance and bought the red bean cake after seeing how cute it was. The outside was wrapped with taro, so it was purple on the outside (a flattering color, I bought it for this color), and the inside

The hidden part is red beans, which are sweet but not greasy. I ate it while drinking vanilla cola and it felt good.

When it comes to cakes, I think the best cake shop in Chuzhou is Victory.

The cakes and breads inside are very unique and innovative, unlike other cake shops that just have the same old stuff. It can be seen that the boss has put a lot of thought into the cakes and breads.

I remember that the green tea cake was good, but the price inside was relatively high.

PS: I am referring to the Victory store on the traffic road.

Husband and Wife Feipian is still a small shop on the traffic road.

In fact, it is a cold dish. You can choose to put some beef, beef louvers, beef tendons, chicken feet, gizzard slices, etc., and then add spicy oil and coriander and peanuts. It is very delicious. People who like spicy food should like it.

Although many students from No. 2 Middle School like and miss the sesame-cake stuffed with tenderloin at the entrance of No. 2 Middle School, to be honest, I don’t think there’s anything too delicious about it. However, it’s better than nothing. I’m used to it, because I’m already used to it.

I like to eat Chuzhou’s tenderloin.

The one at the entrance of No. 2 Middle School is famous for its iron plate tenderloin. In fact, it is not authentic iron plate at all. I still like to eat fried ones.

Thinking back to the pork tenderloin served at the entrance to No. 1 Middle School in high school, I salivated again.

The Zhi's Pot Rice on Fenghuang West Road, the fragrant pot bottom rice, is delicious, and there are side dishes and so on. It reminds me of the fried rice I had for four years when I was in college.

And this restaurant can also deliver food.

Although the portion of City Garden's cured meat claypot rice is small, with only sausages and vegetables, it looks very refreshing and tastes the same, unlike ordinary claypot rice that is so greasy that you feel like vomiting afterward.
