I am a foodie, and food is my first choice. The characteristic of a city to me is food, so when I travel, I will search online in advance to find out what local specialties can attract me to visit.

Longyan has a unique Hakka culture.

A unique local custom has been formed here, such as the Tulou Meihua Mountain Scenic Area in Yongding and so on.

Many delicious snacks have been derived from it. The famous Badagan in western Fujian also came from here and is loved by the Chinese people.

My favorite is Longyan’s glutinous rice cake, which is steamed glutinous rice and then placed in a vat.

Then beat with a mallet.

When all the glutinous rice is beaten into a sticky shape.

Then use your hands to shape the glutinous rice cakes one after another. After the sugar is stuck on them, they are very delicious. They are soft, glutinous and sweet in the mouth.

I also like Xi’an’s Roujiamo.

The kind of sesame cakes that are freshly taken out of the oven, paired with a unique secret sauce.

The aroma of meat filling your mouth is very satisfying. The steamed buns in mutton soup are also a very good delicacy. The steamed buns are filled with mutton soup. One mouthful fills your mouth with a sense of happiness.

I also like to go to Tibet.

The milk tea beef and roasted whole lamb there are simply amazing.

You can experience the pleasure of eating meat and drinking wine under the campfire. After the lamb is roasted, the fat inside is fully dispersed in every corner of the meat.

As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the burst of meat juice and the fragrant aroma.

Every city has its unique culture.

Whether it’s Longyan, Xi’an, or areas like Qinghai-Tibet, all parts of the country have their own characteristics.

I hope one day I can travel all over China and eat all the delicious food.
