Panorama of Beijing Qiaofufang Grassland
The first time I saw Cao Fang was in the winter of 20 12. It took off the layers of architectural packages and stood in front of the world with a brand-new attitude. Now, when I step into the fragrant grassland again, I feel an epiphany.
Integration of architecture and art
Fangcaodi is the first large-scale project invested by Hong Kong Qiaofu Group in Chinese mainland, with a total area of 200,000 square meters. It is an innovative building integrating top-class office buildings, fashion shopping centers, art centers and boutique hotels. "Fangcaodi" skillfully connects four tower buildings into a whole through its pyramid-like shape. Its unique shape, although sacrificing a certain use space and increasing the construction cost, can ensure the sunshine time of multi-storey old buildings in residential areas around Fangcao, and reduce the energy consumption by 30% compared with similar buildings, so that it can naturally blend with the surrounding environment and realize the harmonious symbiosis between buildings and the environment. This is the green humanistic concept it embodies.
"Fangcaodi" innovatively designed the first 236-meter-long footbridge in China, which straddles the complex, providing customers with a broad space with a bird's-eye view of various merchant storefronts and public squares, and making it easier for people to walk among the four buildings.
Under the protection of the outer cover, the building composed of four steel frames has the ability to adjust the microclimate, which makes people feel as if they are in the breeze of nature, creates a pleasant indoor microclimate for people who linger, and enables them to enjoy indoor gardens, sunny courtyards and open and elegant atrium squares easily all year round, truly realizing that "you don't need to focus on green colors, and the fresh and clean air has made you feel comfortable all over", which is the green technology it embodies.
In Beijing, I have been to many large-scale one-stop leisure, entertainment and shopping places, and the "fragrant grassland" is unique in integrating artistic works with profound cultural connotations into the architectural soul. There are more than 40 marble carvings in "Cao Fang", which is one of the richest original marble collections in the world. They are integrated with the building and exude a unique temperament belonging to this building.
Salvador dali (1904- 1989) is a famous painter in Catalonia, Spain, and a master of surrealist painting in the 20th century. His sculptures also show his grotesque and avant-garde talents. Dali likes to show the most realistic objects and scenes, and he has shaped the image of an era. Together with Picasso and Matisse, he is considered as the three most representative painters in the 20th century.
The sense of integration between architecture and art begins from being close to "Fangcao". When I set foot on the land around Cao Fang, sculptures of different shapes came into view. They seem to be calling me and scrambling to tell me their stories, which forces me to stop and read them.
Exquisiteness and culture are everywhere.
Walking into the "fragrant grassland", I was greeted by exquisite and culture everywhere. The decoration space design of all shops is unique. Even if you don't shop, you can appreciate the culture of each brand, broaden your horizons and enrich your commodity knowledge.
This is an optical shop called "INMIX Yinmi", which is said to be a fashionable glasses brand. It was co-founded by Li Minghe designer Wang Sheng, a best-selling author born in 1980s. What I see here is not rows of glasses on counters and shelves, but more artistic creativity with modern abstract appeal.
I remember that when he came to "Fangcaodi" in the early winter of 20 12, he had just opened, and there were not many merchants, and some pavements were inviting investment. I walked in a quiet space with few people, relieved the fatigue caused by a week's work and enjoyed the rare comfort of slow life in big cities. Walking, a strong coffee aroma wafted head-on, followed the aroma, and came to the Erie Cafe in the middle of the third floor.
At that time, there were only two or three empty guests in the store, so I sat in the seat at the door and took the menu, but I didn't know which one was better. To tell the truth, I only know a little about coffee culture. Usually, when I go to a coffee shop on business, I only order latte, cappuccino and mocha. The difference is that concentrated milk or milk foam is different from chocolate sauce. Today, I naturally want to enjoy my life.
"hello! I am the manager here, and it is my pleasure to serve you! What do you need? "
"Oh, thank you! Please recommend me a coffee. "
"It's afternoon. Do you think it's okay to drink a glass of Italian Chia? "
"Ok, thank you!"
This is an elegant handsome boy. Seeing that he was not busy, I had a brief talk with him. He introduced me: "Italians like to drink cappuccino in the morning, and in the afternoon, a stronger macchiato with a little sweetness is a good refreshing drink." For those who think cappuccino is too light and milky, concentrated macchiato is a perfect drink. "
He also said: "If you have time, you can also look at the coffee culture exhibition of Yili brand in the corridor in the future to learn about Yili's brand culture and coffee knowledge."
Logo Story: 1996, the famous modern artist JamesRosenquist re-created a brand-new image for illy Coffee and adopted the simple and bold white word "illy" in Red Square. The striking new trademark means that Yili will welcome the new era with a brand-new concept.
I don't know if I'm tired from walking. After listening to the manager's introduction, I felt that the coffee that day was purer and more fragrant than before, and even the bottom of the cup was lifted to drink.
Coming here again after six years, it is about to explode. Stores have increased services, and children can catch coffee beans and play coffee delivery games, or experience the coffee making process by themselves.
An old friend's smile
Fangcaodi 10 floor is "Beijing Qiaofu Contemporary Art Museum". I took the sightseeing elevator and went straight up, overlooking the landscape of each floor. Art and Mission: Huang Jianhua 1952-20 17 was exhibited in the Art Museum. The exhibition time is 20654381October 26th to March 9th, 2065438.
Before that, I just liked the environment of "Cao Fang" and never paid attention to the people or enterprises related to it. Only when I came here did I know that this iconic new Beijing building is closely related to a late old man!
The old man's name is Huang Jianhua. He is the former chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Qiaofu Group. He is known as the father of Fangcao and the founder of Beijing Qiaofu Contemporary Art Museum. This exhibition is specially held to commemorate the first anniversary of Mr. Huang Jianhua's death and to pay tribute to his achievements in life.
I walked in the exhibition hall, admiring the photos and images. Mr Huang Jianhua is a big man with flowing white hair. He is an amiable old urchin with a beautiful smile on his face. Born in Hong Kong, grew up in Taiwan Province Province, studied in the UK, and was influenced by multiculturalism. After taking charge of the overseas Chinese business empire, this Chinese descendant with a long childlike innocence threw himself into serving the country and returned to the motherland without hesitation, and founded the first investment project of Hong Kong Overseas Chinese Welfare Group in the Mainland-"Fangcaodi".
Mr Huang Jianhua is not only a real estate tycoon, but also a pure collector. It is said that he creatively integrated his collection into the commercial space and living space he created purely from his practice of the concept of "nothing to hide". This open art exhibition allows the public to experience and share the beauty of art from a distance.
I stopped in front of the big screen and watched the art theme exhibition "Sharks and Humans-Protecting Sharks" jointly sponsored by Qiaofu Group, Qiaofu Art Movement and Wildlife Rescue Organization. This large-scale international art tour, which appealed to the public to protect sharks and refused to eat shark fins on a global scale, started from 20 14, with the first stop in maritime museum, Monaco, and the second stop at the Moscow yekaterina Cultural Foundation. The third stop was exhibited at the National Museum of China (August 2 1, 2065438), the fourth stop was exhibited at the Overseas Chinese Museum of Contemporary Art, and the fifth stop was invited to be exhibited in maritime museum, Hong Kong on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong.
Mr. Huang Jianhua's career is in full swing. His architectural art has spread all over the world, and there are still many famous unfinished projects.
As the chairman of Qiaofu Group, Mr. Huang Jianhua has made outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the group and laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of the group in the future.
Mr. Huang Jianhua fixed his life at that moment, and what he left to the world was an artistic monument and an eternal smile!
I will remember those magnificent buildings with his figure and his smile!
"Grassland" is like this. It is always new. I like "Grassland"!
How many buses can I take from Yinxiu Garden?
