Ingredients: pork tenderloin 1, rice, 2 pieces of seaweed, eggs 1, red onion 1, salad oil, soy sauce, starch, shallots, rice wine, glutinous rice, bread flour and black pepper.
Production steps:
1. Cut pork tenderloin into pieces of 1-2 cm, hammer it loose with a meat hammer, sprinkle with black pepper and a little salt for curing.
2. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, dice the shallots, and cut the seaweed into filaments.
3. Wrap the meat slices with starch, put them in a bowl with egg liquid and wrap them with bread crumbs.
4. Put oil in the pot, fry the pork chop until golden on both sides, remove the oil and cut into pieces.
5. Cut the onion into shreds and put it in the pot. Mix soy sauce, rice wine and mash into sauce, pour into the pot and cook until the onion is soft.
6. Put the pig in the pot. When the soup is almost gone, pour the egg liquid of another egg into the pot.
7. Heat for about 30 seconds, turn off the fire and add the shallots for 5 minutes.
8. Put the rice into a bowl, add pork chops and sprinkle with Shanghai Tess.
Practice 2:
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloin, 4 eggs, 1 onion, shredded seaweed, white sesame, bonito powder, soy sauce and glutinous rice wine.
Production steps:
1. After the tendon is broken, fully flatten the tenderloin until it is 1 cm thick.
2. Marinate with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the onion into shreds, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add shredded onion, half a tablespoon of bonito powder, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice and 1 tablespoon of rice wine, and cook over high heat until the onion becomes transparent.
4. Dip the meat in flour, egg liquid and bread flour.
5. Fry in the oil pan with medium-high fire. When the surface is golden, open a big fire and force the oil 10 second. Pick up the pork chop and cut it into strips.
6. When the onion becomes soft, the sauce is still boiling and the pork chop is slightly stewed.
7. Beat two eggs evenly, first pour half on the pork chop, cover the pot and cook for 10 second.
8. After opening the lid, pour the remaining egg liquid on the pork chop and cook for 5 seconds, then cover the lid and simmer.
9. Put the rice in a bowl, pour the pork chop and sauce on the rice, and sprinkle some seaweed and sesame seeds.
