2. Maitreya Wind Dried Douchi

6. Maitreya Piao Ba
Piao Ba is actually made of rice. Before Piao Ba became a cold drink, it was called rice cake in the streets of Maitreya. In a cold drink shop, the rice cake is made by cooling it for later use, cutting it into small pieces and storing it in the refrigerator. It is called ice-floating cake because of the sugar water put into the rice cake. Spoon a spoonful of rose sauce on the plate, and the rose sauce will be washed away with sugar water. Put on the chopped rice cake, scoop on a little crushed ice, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds, and the ice will float. The cold bleaching cake is mixed with the aroma of rose sauce, which makes people want to stop. One bite after another, they can't stop.
