the main production process is as follows: stuffing → dough mixing → stuffing → shaping → tobacco baking → oven baking.

baking: put the shaped raw moon cake on the iron shovel of the coke oven and bake it until the upper and lower sides are colored with fire.
oven baking: put the baked moon cakes into the racetrack under the iron shovel (the stove has a big mouth and a racetrack on it) until both sides are browned.
