jiaozi Ba: Jingdezhen's famous snack originated from Duchang. Historically, many Duchang people immigrated to Jingdezhen, which is called the dock of Duchang people. Duchang people not only influenced Jingdezhen's language and culture, but also brought food there. jiaozi Ba is one of them.
Suanshuiba: The production process is passed down by word of mouth, so it only exists as a local specialty snack.
Kaolin stewed meat: it is a famous dish in Jingdezhen and also a famous Jiangxi dish. Old-age earth-stewed meat originated from the local miners who wrapped old-age clay and lotus leaves in earth pork and roasted it with charcoal fire.
