If the Yixing group purchase coupon you purchased is within the validity period and has not been consumed, please contact customer service QQ, submit information according to the Yixing group purchase coupon refund application format (see Article 4), select the refund method, and handle the refund.

★Guarantee 2: Refunds for unused group purchase coupons after expiration.

If the Yixing tour coupon you purchased has expired, please apply for a refund within 30 days after the expiration date. The refund will be made to your Yixing tour account. No refund will be given after the expiration date.

★Guarantee Three: Refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you find that the product has quality problems or the merchant fails to fulfill its promise when consuming, please call Yixing Tuan customer service number or contact Yixing Tuan customer service QQ immediately. Once verified, Yixing Tuan will immediately handle a refund for you.
