1. First turn off the oven heating system, and then turn off the chain drive switch when the oven temperature drops below 80 degrees Celsius.

2. Unscrew the screw of the controller housing with a screwdriver, open the controller and remove the motor chain of the conveyor belt.

3. Wear insulating gloves, remove the front and rear extension plates and leak-proof plates of the chain rack, and then pull out the oven chain rack from the front end of the oven.

4. Remove the chain hook with needle-nosed pliers. Pull out the chain from the chain rack, roll up the chain smoothly and put it in the prepared plastic bucket.

5. Put on the heat insulating gloves, then remove the heat insulating plates and wind shields at the front and back of the oven, put the wind shields in the plastic bucket, then pull out the wind guide box in the oven, remove the wind shields and put them in the plastic bucket.

6. Spray a proper amount of stove cleaner evenly on the chain and windshield, and let it penetrate 1-5 minutes. Slowly pour it on the chain and windshield with proper amount of hot water until the water level does not exceed the chain.
