Toothpick Pork Roll with Mushrooms
Method:
1) Cut the pork belly into thin slices, or go to a cold butcher shop to buy ready-made slices of meat, which is easier.
2) Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut them in the middle to avoid being too long and unable to be rolled.
3) Wash the lettuce, drain and set aside.
4) Place the meat slices flat on the cutting board, roll them up with a gold pin in the middle, and secure them with toothpicks.
5) Add a little more oil to the pan and fry on all sides until browned.
6) When eating, dip it in dipping sauce and wrap it with lettuce.
