Step one.
Wash Agrocybe aegerita, cut into sections, blanch in boiling water pot, remove and drain for later use.
Step two.
Slice pork belly and shred ginger and garlic.
Step three.
Shred onion and millet pepper for later use.
Step four.
Put a little base oil in the pot, stir-fry the pork belly until it is oily, and stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step five.
Add chopped Pixian watercress, stir-fry Laoganma until fragrant, add shredded onion and millet pepper and stir-fry.
Step six.
Stir-fry the blanched Agrocybe aegerita in a pot for 4.5 minutes. Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce and chicken essence.
