Quick-frozen buns can be fried. The quick-frozen buns are fried as follows:
1. Wipe a little oil in a non-stick pan, and put the quick-frozen buns directly out of the refrigerator and put them on.
2, pour some water into the pot, the water level is about 1/3 of the steamed stuffed bun.
3. Cover the pot and heat it over medium heat. After the water boils, steam begins to appear in the pot and the steamed buns appear moist and soft, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onion, then cover the pot and continue heating.
4. When there is almost no sound in the pot, open the pot cover and pick up a steamed stuffed bun to see if the bottom skin is golden. If it is crispy and yellow, it means good.
