1. Braised Bright Pigeon:
It is a dish made of pigeon meat as the main ingredient, which is a traditional delicacy with color and flavor, belonging to the Cantonese cuisine. Known as the first pigeon in the world, this dish is one of the three specialties of Shenzhen, and has become a widely known delicacy among Shenzhen citizens for its unique flavor.
2. Haisha Daban Cai:
"Daban Cai" is generally a dozen or so dishes, including fried oysters, chicken, duck, celery, radish and so on, which are put into a basin in layers for cooking, and then eaten together. Xiasha Village has preserved the traditional workmanship, ingredients and cooking methods. It is a traditional food custom that has been passed down in Shatou Xia Sha Village, Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province during the Lantern Festival. It originated in the Southern Song Dynasty in the 13th century as a form of military diet, and then gradually developed into a form of folk diet.
3. Longgang Sanhuang Chicken:
There is a specialty food in Shenzhen, which is the chicken produced in Longgang, which is called Sanhuang Chicken because of its special appearance of "three yellows and one beard".
4. Xixiang shrimp:
The main aquatic products of Xixiang Town, Shenzhen, foreign exchange earnings. Xixiang produced small size, such as the middle finger, the whole body is transparent and slightly pockmarked, the shrimp skin is particularly thin, tender meat.
5. Songgang duck:
Duck is a traditional dish of Guangdong Province, belonging to the Cantonese cuisine. Duck meat is warm and tonic. It is produced in the towns of Songgang, Shajing, Fuyong and Xin'an in Shenzhen.
