Water bamboo shoots generally refer to diced pork, wild rice dices, and edamame. Three colors: white, green and light red, pleasing to the eye.
Method:
Wash the wild rice and cut into cubes
Wash and cut the tenderloin into cubes, add cooking wine starch and mix briefly and set aside
Edamame Peel and wash off the bean clothing and set aside
Put some oil in a pot and sauté the edamame for a while, add a little water and cook until it is a little glutinous. Dish it up and set aside
Put the oil in and fry the meat. Add the diced dices and stir-fry until cooked, then add the diced wild rice and stir-fry, add the edamame, an appropriate amount of water, add salt and MSG, and cook for about ten minutes (turn it in the middle, otherwise it will stick to the bottom).
