An ambush is entering the dog days. "On the summer solstice, the head of the three gengzi falls", which is the basis for establishing the first autumn. The almanac stipulates that "the number of volts starts from the third day of summer", that is to say, "it starts to count down from summer" and begins to fall on the third "Geng Day". The "Geng Day" here refers to the days prefixed with "Geng" in the ancient "Ganzhi Jiri Law".
The date of Geng Day is changeable, not fixed, so the accommodation date is different every year, but the accommodation date is always between July 1 1 and July 20. The fourth to fifth Geng Day is moderate, and the first to second Geng Day after beginning of autumn is the end. Every Geng day is 65,438+00 days apart, and the number of mid-festival days is not fixed. There are four Geng days from summer solstice to autumn, with 65,438+00 days in the middle, five Geng days and 20 days in the middle.
Entry precautions
1, don't open the window for ventilation.
In dog days, many people are afraid of the heat, so they close the windows and blow air conditioners indoors. In fact, humid, sultry and poorly ventilated rooms can easily lead to heatstroke, and if the air conditioner is turned on without opening the window for ventilation, the air quality will deteriorate, but it will cause disease.
Suggestion: Open the window for ventilation more than twice a day, each time 15-30 minutes.
2. Avoid eating only fruits.
In dog days, people sweat a lot, consume a lot, get tired easily and have no appetite. Many people choose to eat some fruits and vegetables. Poor diet, insufficient nutrition and decreased immunity may all lead to diseases.
Suggestion:
Fruits and vegetables are indispensable: eat more vegetables and fruits rich in potassium, such as bananas, cantaloupes, tomatoes, pumpkins, beans, potatoes and celery.
Have some soup for appetizing: vegetable soup, broth, fish soup, egg soup, etc. Drinking a small amount before meals can also stimulate appetite.
Protein must have: eat lean meat, fish, soybean milk, eggs and so on.
Grains are indispensable: sweating will lose B vitamins, and grains are a good source of B vitamins.
3. Avoid cold wind blowing.
The cold air of the air conditioner, blowing against the cervical vertebra of the air conditioner, makes the muscles of the neck and back chill, causing persistent neck spasm and back pain.
Suggestion: The indoor air conditioning temperature should not be lower than 26℃. Don't face the air conditioning directly on your shoulders and back, or put on a shawl.
4. Avoid gulping water.
Take a big sip of water, and it will quickly dilute the blood, increase the blood volume and increase the burden on the heart. It is especially dangerous for patients with coronary heart disease.
Suggestion: Do not drink more than 200ml each time. Warm water is better. Don't wait for "thirst" before drinking water. It is advisable to replenish water several times.
5, avoid cold drinks.
Eat ice cream and cold drinks properly to relieve summer heat. Eating too much will hurt your health. Too much cold food into the stomach for a long time will cause submucosal blood vessels to contract, and the mucosal layer will become thinner, resulting in mucosal edema and erosion.
Suggestion: drink less cold drinks, boiled water is the best drink to relieve summer heat.
6. Avoid taking a cold shower directly.
You can't take a bath with cold water in hot summer. After the human body is stimulated by cold water, it will produce a series of stimulating reactions, such as rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, muscle contraction, mental tension, etc., which will adversely affect the heart and blood pressure.
Suggestion: It is best to rest for 30 minutes after exercise, and then take a bath or wipe it with a towel after the body's heat is released. The water temperature should not be too high, and 36-39℃ is appropriate.
7. Avoid sweating all day.
Health care should conform to the laws of nature, and sweat when it is time to sweat, because sweating can not only expel toxins from the body, but also regulate body temperature.
Suggestion: don't soak in the air-conditioned room all day, sweating slightly is good for your health.
8. No rest at noon.
Go to bed late and get up early in dog days, but staying up late is not staying up late, it is better to stay up before 24 o'clock. Because of the hot weather, sleep will be affected to some extent. It is suggested that it is best to take a nap if possible, which can also effectively prevent the occurrence of heart diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction.
Suggestion: Take a nap 15-30 minutes. After a nap, you can exercise a little and drink a glass of water to dilute the blood viscosity.
9. Avoid emotional excitement
In the hot summer, people will inevitably be impetuous, but excitement will hurt the body. For example, when we are angry, our blood pressure will rise, our face will turn red, and the pressure on blood vessels and heart will be more than three times higher than normal. Excessive excitement is also harmful to the heart.
Suggestion: When you are excited, you should dispel it rationally and eliminate your anger by diverting your attention to calm your emotions.
Precautions for sleeping and eating
1, benefiting qi and reducing fire
The hot summer days not only bring us physical discomfort, but also easily lead to more and more people's anger rising, which is manifested as emotional irritability, anxiety, excitability, insomnia and so on. These symptoms are called "summer mood disorder" in medicine. Therefore, "removing fire" is also a compulsory course for summer food supplement.
The best choice for summer food is bitter gourd, tomatoes and other cool fruits and vegetables. At the same time, milk is slightly cold, which can replenish water, nourish yin and reduce fever, and is also a good product for "dispelling fire". Dog meat and duck meat is the best way to make up for it in summer.
2, fresh and clean
Chinese medicine believes that the stomach is the foundation of the day after tomorrow. In summer, people often feel loss of appetite, and the function of spleen and stomach is relatively slow. At this time, they might as well eat some fresh fruits and vegetables. The nutrients in fresh fruits and vegetables are generally half cellulose and half sugar, which can not only effectively supplement the necessary energy and water for human body, but also make people eat for a long time.
Carrots, lemons and amaranth are the first choice. Eating more wild vegetables and fruits in season is of great benefit. But be careful not to eat cold or unclean food to avoid dysentery and diarrhea.
3, hydrating health
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to "yin and yang, five elements" and "harmony between man and nature". Winter is yin, summer is yang, and summer is the season of yang, which means that the yang tends to rise and flourish in summer, and the cold in the body is in a state of easy solution. In dog days, people will sweat a lot when they are working or exercising a little, and then they will have a strong thirst. Therefore, hydrating health has become the top priority in dog days.
