2. Cut off the head and tail of the zucchini, cut it vertically by cross, put it down and cut it into segments, insert it on bamboo sticks, sprinkle a little salt on each side and marinate for ten minutes.

Note:
1. Marinate the water out of the zucchini itself first so that it can be easily flavored.
2. Don't put any more salt in the sauce because the zucchini has been salted with salt before.
3. More garlic will be more flavorful. Brush the sauce a few more times for a stronger flavor.
