Monkey head mushroom yam rib soup
Materials: monkey head mushrooms, yam, red dates, pork bones / ribs, goji berries, lotus seeds, Cordyceps flowers, bamboo
Steps:
1. Monkey head mushrooms in advance of the 2 hours of soaking to squeeze out the yellow water, soak until the water is not yellow, or boiled out is bitter;
