2 litres of vegetable oil, 3 litres of vinegar or 75 ml of lemon juice, 50 g of chopped onion (or dried shallots), little black pepper,
little crushed parsley, 225 ml of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of French mustard, salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.
