Two sections of lotus root, washed and peeled, and added with appropriate amount of steamed cabbage powder.

Dice the lotus root.

Dice the lotus root into a bowl, add a proper amount of steamed vegetable powder (about 1/3 of the weight of the lotus root, in fact, you can add more steamed vegetable powder here, which can increase the adhesiveness of the lotus root and make it taste better when you put it in the pot), then add a spoonful of half salt, a proper amount of chicken essence, pepper and a spoonful of lard, and mix well.

Put it in a pressure cooker, simmer for 30 minutes.

Take it out after steaming and let it cool slightly. Cut shallots into chopped green onions for later use.

Heat a non-stick pan without oil, sprinkle a layer of cooked sesame seeds on the bottom of the pan, pour in the steamed lotus root, press it into a thin round cake with a spatula, and fry for 5 minutes on low heat. Note that only one side is fried here, not two sides.
