1. Prepare coconut powder, instant coffee and gelatin tablets.
2. Put 13g instant coffee into the cup, pour 250ml hot water and stir well.
3. Soak gelatin tablets in cold water for 5 minutes until they are soft.
When it becomes soft, put it in coffee and stir it until it melts. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. Make a cup of coconut milk with coconut powder and let it cool to room temperature.
7. Freeze the coffee into cubes with a knife, scoop it out with a spoon and put it in coconut milk.
8. Coconut juice, coffee and jelly.
