Exercise:
1 Put chicken wings in cold water, add onion and ginger cooking wine, bring to a boil, take out, wash and drain, add chicken wings, fry them on low heat until both sides are golden, and add garlic slices and hot pot seasoning to fry red oil.
2 Add corn and carrots and stir fry.
