Preparation technology:
1. Selection of raw materials. Choose high-quality garlic without moth and mildew.
2. Pretreatment. Peel garlic cloves and rinse with water. Then, the water is discharged and sent to a hot stove at 65-75℃ for drying.
Smash. Put the dried garlic cloves into a pulverizer and pulverize them into powder.
4. Leaching. Put garlic powder into a sealed container, inject ethanol preheated to 65-75℃, stir thoroughly and soak. Its ethanol consumption is 4-6 times the weight of garlic powder. By soaking, the immersion liquid is filtered out.
5. vacuum concentration. Putting the filtered immersion liquid into a vacuum tank, and vacuum concentrating at low temperature to obtain crude garlic oil. During concentration, the temperature is controlled at 40-50℃ and the vacuum degree is 77300- 10 1300 Pa. Attention should be paid to the recovery of ethanol solution during concentration.
6. Purification treatment. In order to remove colloid, protein and other impurities in crude garlic oil, steam can be directly introduced into crude garlic oil for 4- 10 minutes, then centrifugal separation is carried out, surface oil is taken, and then the finished garlic oil is obtained by dehydration. After quantitative packaging and labeling, it can be packaged for export. Under normal circumstances, the oil yield of garlic oil is 1.6%-3%.
Precautions:
Garlic oil is a special substance in garlic, which contains more than 40 kinds of active thioether compounds, and the main medicinal component is allicin, which is known as "natural broad-spectrum antibiotics". Sulfur-containing compounds have strong antithrombotic activity, can lower cholesterol and effectively prevent diabetes. Seabuckthorn oil can effectively prevent cancer, reduce the skin damage caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and at the same time, it can eliminate phlegm, benefit the lung, nourish the stomach and stop bleeding.
