Accessories: 500g potato, sugar 10g, 50g soy sauce, 3 dried red peppers, 2g salt, 2g onion, 5g oil and 2g ginger.

1. Clean the goose and tighten it with boiling water.
2. Scrape the skin off the small potatoes.
3. Add less oil to the pot, sprinkle some sugar, boil and change color, pour the goose into the pot and keep stirring.
4. Add onion ginger and a few dried red peppers, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour the potatoes in, add soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, add 100 ml of water, and turn off the fire after the pressure cooker gets angry for 20 minutes.
