1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into 4cm filaments; Stems and seeds of bright red peppers are removed, washed and cut into the same shreds as Chinese cabbage.
2. Set the pan on fire, heat it with oil, put the minced onion and ginger in the pan, stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded Chinese cabbage and shredded red pepper, then put the soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate in the pan, stir-fry until it is cooked, pour sesame oil on it, and serve it on the plate.
