Ingredients
3 tablespoons of matcha powder, 5 teaspoons of milk powder, 20 milliliters of water, 3 grains of icing sugar, 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, 50 milliliters of green tea.
Method
1. Boil matcha powder and 50 ml water for 10 minutes, milk powder and 50 ml water for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the matcha and milk together for 5 minutes, then pour the condensed milk in and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Boil 100 ml of water and rock sugar together (over moderate heat), and when the rock sugar melts, pour 50 ml of green tea into the sugar water and stir.
