2. For nForce2 dual-channel motherboard, generally three DIMM are provided, so only 1 dual-channel mode is supported. For example, upgrading Abit-NF7 has three DIMM slots, in which DIMM 1 is independently designed on one side, while DIMM2 and DIMM3 are combined together, so DIMM 1 and DIMM2 can form dual channels, and DIMM 1 and DIMM3 can also form dual channels. Of course, three DIMM slots can be inserted at the same time to realize dual channels.

3. In order to facilitate the installation of users, most dual-channel motherboards are marked with symmetrical memory slots in different colors at present, and users only need to install the memory in DIMM slots with the same color.
