1. Pour the oil into a frying pan, turn on to a medium heat, and add the garlic, onion, and dried chili peppers and sauté them until they give off a good smell;

2. Put the chicken thigh meat into the stir-fry, put soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar into the seasoning;
