Pork ribs: 500-1 000g, garlic: 4-5 petals, ginger: 1 piece, onion:1tree, cooking wine: appropriate amount, salt: appropriate amount, spiced powder: small amount, sugar: small amount, and Chili powder: appropriate amount.
Steps:
Step 1: Put the ribs in a basin, soak them in cold water for several hours to remove blood, then rinse them off and dry them with kitchen paper.

Stir-fried ribs should be cooked in medium heat. If you have time, fry them twice, which will make them more fragrant.
Cooking method:
