What can curry do?
Fried rice with bacon curry
Ingredients: 2 slices of bacon, rice 1 bowl, peas 1 teaspoon, half an onion, half a red pepper, sweet corn kernels 1 teaspoon, curry powder 1/2 teaspoons, chopped black pepper and oil.
Practice: 1, bacon diced; Dice red pepper after removing pepper seeds; Shred onion.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add bacon and stir fry slightly, then add onion, red pepper, peas and corn kernels in turn and stir fry evenly.

Beef Brisket Curry

Practice: 1, beef brisket cut into large pieces, soaked in boiling water for later use; Carrots and potatoes are cut into hob blocks, and onions are cut into pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, add the brisket and stir fry for a while.
3. Add enough water to the beef. After the fire boils, turn to medium heat and cover and stew for half an hour.

Fried curry chicken wings
Ingredients: 6 chicken wings, curry powder 1 tbsp, cooking wine 1 tbsp, salt 1 2 tsp, oil1tbsp.
Practice: 1, wash chicken wings, make two oblique cuts on both sides, add curry powder, cooking wine and salt, mix well, and marinate for more than 2 hours to taste.
2. Add oil to the pan, heat it, add chicken wings and fry until golden on both sides.
Rice with Curry Beef
Raw materials: beef 400g, onion 300g, potato 400g, carrot 300g, curry, cumin powder, clear water, salt and peanut oil.
Practice: 1. Wash beef, potatoes, carrots and onions and cut into pieces.
2. Put the oil in a hot pot, add the onion and stir-fry for fragrance.
3. Add the beef pieces and stir-fry the beef to change color and smell.
4. Add carrots and stir-fry until it is broken.

6. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
7. Add potato pieces and stir well. Cover and stew for 20 minutes.
8. Add massive curry and fry the curry.
9. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Curry fresh squid
Raw materials: fresh squid, green pepper, onion, raw powder, chicken essence, sugar, salt, oyster sauce,
Practice: 1. Tear off the black film on the squid surface.
2. Cut the flowers on the inside of the squid.
3. Squid is vertically cut into rectangular pieces.
4. Cut the green and red peppers into circles.
5. Shred the onion.
6. Blanch the green and red peppers, cook for 2 minutes, then remove and drain.
7. Put the squid in a pot filled with water, cook for 3 minutes, then remove and drain for later use.
8. Put the onion in hot oil and cook for 2 minutes to make it fragrant.
9. Pour the boiled onion oil.
