Tools/materials: yam, carrot, red date, medlar, sparerib, ginger, salt.
0 1 yam peeled and washed, and cut into small pieces.
Wash carrots with water and cut them into small pieces.
Wash red dates and medlar for later use. Wash the ginger and pat it flat.
Wash the ribs with water, boil the bleeding water in a cold water pot, and then remove the ribs and clean them.
Put ginger, ribs, red dates and medlar into a pressure cooker and press for fifteen minutes.
Add carrot and yam pieces into the soup and stew for 20 minutes.
Cook until the ribs are soft and the carrots and yam are soft and rotten. Add the right amount of salt and cook.
Put the soup and vegetables into the soup bowl.
