Light cream cake?
There are times when you buy a big bottle of light cream and will not be able to use it up, so to consume the extra light cream that comes down, I made this all light cream cake without milk. It came out nice and soft and felt more successful than any cake I've made before~

Low-gluten flour 85g

Separate the egg whites, both yolks and whites of the bowl must be waterless and oil-free. Pour the light cream and sugar into the egg yolk bowl and mix well.

Place the well-mixed batter aside and prepare to whip the egg whites. Add the sugar in two to three additions.

Whip the egg whites until the whisk is lifted and has sharp corners.

Add one-third of the whipped egg whites to the batter, mixing up and down as if you were drawing a "well," not in a circle.
When the mixture is well blended, add the rest of the egg whites to the batter and continue to blend.
Fill the molds with the evenly mixed cake batter. I like to eat a little thinner cake, so I did not fill it very full, almost one-third of the position, after filling the shock, shake out the small air bubbles, with a scraper a little scraping flat. The cake will be cooked in the oven at 160° for 40-45 minutes.

The cake batter can also be filled into paper cups, about an eighth full. Once filled, shake them on the table to shake out any small air bubbles and to smooth out the surface. Bake at 160° for 35 minutes.
