Ingredients?
10 abalones
Appropriate amount of minced garlic
5 chilli padi
Oyster sauce Appropriate amount
An appropriate amount of chicken powder
An appropriate amount of light soy sauce
Half a tablespoon of sugar
40 ml of brandy
How to bake abalone in the oven?
Remove the internal organs from the abalone and cut into strips, 5 knives horizontally and vertically. It is best to cut deeper. Abalone meat is very chewy. Cutting the knife will make it more flavorful and easier to eat.
Prepare the garlic sauce: I used about half a bowl of minced garlic, and added an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar, brandy and Lee Kum Kee old wine in sequence. Zhuang oyster sauce. Bring salad oil to a slow boil. Pour in the garlic sauce and chili and sauté for three minutes. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line the baking pan with tin foil. Let the abalone bathe in the salad oil and return it to the shell.
Put a layer of tin foil on the surface to cover the abalone. This way it will be juicy and not too hard.
Oven at 220 degrees and heat up and down for 12 minutes.
Take out the baking pan and open the tin foil. Now you can see the tender and juicy abalone! Do not continue to heat the oven to maintain temperature.
Turn the abalone over (so that the other side is cooked) and spread the prepared garlic sauce on the abalone.
Put it back into the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Do not cover it with tin foil this time.
It will be out in five minutes! This dish is done!
Because of the addition of brandy, the aroma of the wine blends with the garlic abalone and is still bubbling. It’s really fragrant!
Enjoy the food! That’s it for this quick dish!
