Thousands of pieces are bean products made by grinding soybeans into soybean milk and cooking them thoroughly, then scooping them into special tools and pressing them into layers of soybean juice and cloth. There are generally two kinds of thousands of varieties in Hangzhou: thin and thick. The thick one can be cut into long strips to make raw materials for stew and hot pot, and the thin one can be tied into thousands of knots and stuffed into thousands of packages to eat.
