Wenshan baozhong tea
The origin of the name "Baozhong Tea" is said to be more than 150 years ago. Tea farmers in Anxi County, Quanzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province, mainland China imitated the manufacturing method of Wuyi tea. Each or the same tea leaves were manufactured separately, and then the prepared tea leaves were packed into a package every four or two, with two pieces of selvedge paper produced in each package. The inside and outside of the package were lined into rectangular square packages, and the name and line number of the tea leaves were stamped on the outside of the package, which was called it. The packaged tea produced in this province is the best in quality and aroma produced in Wenshan, Taipei County, so it is customarily called Wenshan packaged tea. Wenshan area includes tea areas such as Xindian, Pinglin, Shijie, Shenkeng, Xizhi and Nangang in Taipei County, with an area of more than 2,300 hectares. Tea gardens are located in mountainous areas over 400 meters above sea level. The environment is special, especially in Pinglin area, where the climate is warm and cool all year round, filled with snow and fog, and the soil is fertile. Therefore, the Wenshan tea produced has excellent quality and is well-known at home and abroad.
Oriental beauty tea
"Oriental Beauty Tea", commonly known as "Fanzhuang Oolong" by tea farmers, is also called "Baihao Oolong Tea" because of its remarkable white buds. During summer tea, tea buds were harvested and made into a kind of tea with special flavor after being eroded by floating dust. This is the best of oolong tea, and it is called "puffing tea". Western tea drinkers call it "Oriental beauty", and once respectfully asked Mr. Brian Tse, former vice president of Taiwan Province, to name it "Fushou tea", which is quite different from the Oolong tea (hemispherical packaged tea) currently on the market.
Songbai Changqing tea
Originally named "Puzhong Tea" or "Songbaikeng Tea", Songbai Evergreen Tea is produced in Songbailing (formerly named Puzhong) in Mingjian Township, Nantou County, which belongs to the southernmost tip of the Bagua Mountains and has a cool climate, which is very suitable for growing tea. Tea gardens are mostly distributed on platforms between 200 and 400 meters. At present, the tea garden area is 2,500 hectares.

Alishan Zhulu Tea, the high mountain tea area is located in the stone table area at the foot of Alishan Mountain, with an altitude of 1000- 1700 meters. The main species are oolong tea and Jin Xuan tea. In 1975, it was nominated as "Alishan Pearl Dew" by Mr. Dong Min, then Vice President of Xie, and the tea production and marketing class completed the trademark registration, graded packaging and price tag.

"Yuchi Township Black Tea Industry Culture Promotion Association" and created its own brand of "Assam Black Tea", insisting on hand-picked flavor.
Muzha Tieguanyin
Muzha Tieguanyin tea tree was planted in Muzha tea area in the Japanese occupation era, when tea makers Zhang Naimiao and Zhang Naigan were sent to Chinese mainland by Muzha Tea Company to retrieve it. At present, the Muzha tea area mainly produces and sells Tieguanyin tea, and because the harvest period of Tieguanyin is about fifteen days each season, there is a shortage of tea pickers. In order to stagger the production period, a small number of Sijichun, Wuyi, Meizhan and Jin Xuan are planted, and the tea made is also called Tieguanyin. In order to distinguish the tea made of the two, the tea made of Tieguanyin tea tree is called "Zhengcong Tieguanyin". The difference between Zhengcong Tieguanyin and the general Tieguanyin is the ecology of tea trees. Zhengcong Tieguanyin has horizontal branches, wrinkled leaves, misaligned main veins, different sizes and different arrangements of teeth on the leaves, but the general tea leaves are not exactly the same. The positive cluster of Tieguanyin in dried tea is heavier than ordinary tea, and the branches are fatter and shorter. After brewing, the tea soup of Zhengcong Tieguanyin is thicker, the quality of the tea at the entrance is heavier, and it has a special variety of fragrance.
Sanxia longjing tea
It is the only producing area of Longjing tea in Taiwan Province, and the variety of tea tree is' Qingxin Citrus'. After buying fresh tea leaves, they should be placed indoors for airing, which can't be exposed to sunlight. Unlike other teas that wither by sunlight, it belongs to unfermented tea. Longjing tea is picked by hand, and the specially selected young tea leaves with one heart and one leaf or two leaves with one heart are made by a rolling process in addition to the general frying, kneading and baking, which makes Longjing tea flat and long and unique. Tea makers should always pay attention to the time and temperature of baking and frying, otherwise the tea leaves are too crisp, which will be easily broken and unable to form when rolled.
The annual spring and autumn rainy season is the production period of Longjing tea; The superior Longjing tea is made of one heart and two leaves, and the color of the tea is bright and yellow after soaking. Longquan tea is a kind of packaged tea.
