Steps

1. Prepare egg yolks, 65g of granulated sugar and milk.

2. Pour the chilled light cream into a small bowl.

3. Pour all the ingredients from step 1 into the ramekin and whisk well. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid in the ramekin is heated and starts to tend to boil, remove from heat immediately.

4. Immediately after removing from the heat, pour in the light cream, stir well to form a custard, and set aside until completely cooled.

5. Peel and cut the bananas into chunks.

6. Put the banana chunks into a food processor, add 25 grams of granulated sugar and puree.

7. Pour the mashed bananas into a small bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

8. When the custard has cooled completely, pour in the frozen banana puree and mix well to form an ice cream mixture.

9. Beat with an electric mixer for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.

10. Put into a pre-frozen ice cream bucket.

11. Put the ice cream bucket into the toaster and fix it.

12. Select the iMix program and adjust the time to 30 minutes. At the end of the program, put the ice cream into the freezer until it solidifies, then scoop it out and serve, or you can put some softened raisins on top.
