Materials
2 eggs, 400g of low flour, 1g of salt, 120g of sugar, 200g of cream, cardamom powder, ginger powder, cinnamon
Methods
1.and sugar together Whip and then put a gram of salt and beaten eggs and all kinds of flour, mix well,
2. Then sift into the low-flour gently mix well and put in the refrigerator for an hour, take out and roll out thinly, use cardboard to draw a good picture of what you want to look like, cut out the pattern on the sheet, you can use a small fork to make holes, put in the baking tray and brush with egg wash, bake at 180 degrees until the color.
3. Then use 320 grams of frosting and 90 grams of egg whites beaten until stiff to make the adhesive to stick the house. The paper pattern is here.
4. The leftover frosting will be squeezed onto the houses, and the flowers will be glued on after they are done. There was a window where the flower was supposed to be, but I was too lazy to open it so I just stuck the flower on. My foundations were too small because I ran out of dough. You can add more flour to your own, but if you're giving them away, they'll be too big to take with you. When the frosting on the cookies is dry sift the powdered sugar to create the feeling of snow.
