An appropriate amount of chrysanthemums, 200g of red rice wine
Three slices of ginger
Steps of cooking pork loin in wine
1. Clean it well
2. Cut the loin in two and clean the inside
3. First Boil some water and make chrysanthemum tea! Because chrysanthemums can take away the smell of pork loin!
4. Add oil and sauté the pork loin until fragrant, sprinkle with wine and cook until dry and sticky, put in the cooked chrysanthemum tea and wolfberry and cook for three minutes!
