Buddha's hand melon
A perennial climbing rooted herb (annual in the north). The fruit is pear-shaped, with obvious longitudinal grooves of 5, the top of the melon has a suture, the color of the fruit is green to creamy white, the weight of a single melon is 250-500g, the flesh is white; the seeds are flat, fusiform, and have no dormancy period. Temperature-loving, heat-resistant, not cold-resistant. Growth temperature of 12 ~ 25 ℃, more than 30 ℃ growth inhibition, extreme high temperature of 40 ℃, below 5 ℃ will produce cold damage; suitable for medium light intensity, shade tolerance; require air humidity; suitable for growth in fertile soil and fertilizer and water retention of strong soil.
