How to make minced meat mixed with potato powder?
Marinate minced meat with chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, cooking wine and light soy sauce for a while. Soak wet potato powder in cold water to separate them from each other. The picture shows the wet potato powder I used. If it is dry powder, it needs to be soaked in cold water one night in advance. )
Heat oil in a wok and slice the marinated minced meat in the wok. Cook cooking wine, add a spoonful of Laoganma douchi oil pepper (or chopped Pixian douban and douchi) and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add a proper amount of water to another pot, and add the fried minced meat to boil. (Or directly add the right amount of water to the fried minced meat without changing the pot. There is soup stock, and it is better to use soup stock. )
After the water is boiled, add pepper, thirteen spices, salt and chicken essence to taste, then add various mushrooms and balls, and stew for a while until the balls are cooked and the soup is thick.
Add all kinds of vegetables and wet potato flour and cook for about 2 minutes until the potato flour becomes soft. Turn off the heating. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, add a little old vinegar and enjoy.

Vegetables can be common green leafy vegetables, such as lettuce, chrysanthemum, spinach, cabbage and so on. Mushrooms can be fresh. I put in Pleurotus ostreatus, Tricholoma and Lentinus edodes.
