Methods of Mixing
Plumbing method: Make a hole in the flour, pour water into it several times, and plumb it with both hands from the outside to the inside and from the bottom to the top several times until the water blends with the flour. Blending method: make the flour into a thin center and thick edge shape, add water and other accessories to the middle, and gradually from the inside out to make the biscuits. Stirring: Stir the dough while adding water, slowly and then quickly in one direction, until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
