500g asparagus (about 15)
Salt 1/2 teaspoons (3g)
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon (3g) brandy 1 teaspoon (5ml) a little cheese powder.
Exercise:
1) Cut off the hard roots of asparagus, peel off the roots with a peeler and rinse.
2) Pour water into the pot, add salt, heat until the water boils, blanch asparagus 10 second, take it out, and immediately soak it in ice water. After thorough cooling, take it out and drain it.
3) Lay the Italian ham flat on the chopping board, put three asparagus at 1/5 of the ham and roll it into a roll.
4) Pour a little olive oil into the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add ham and asparagus rolls and fry on medium heat 1 min. Sprinkle with black pepper, cook brandy (or white wine), and then turn over and fry 1 min. Sprinkle cheese powder before eating.
ps:
If you can't buy this kind of ham, you can use bacon instead. If the taste is not salty enough, you can sprinkle a little salt to taste when frying.
After blanching asparagus, add ice water immediately to keep it green and will not turn yellow even after frying.
After frying, if you can put it in the oven again and bake it at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, it will taste better.
