Our eggs are generally native eggs brought from our hometown and stored directly in the refrigerator. It can be stored for half a year at the longest, and it is still fresh after opening. Everyone will find that there will be a lot of dirt on the eggs they buy. Many friends think they are too dirty, so they will wash them with water before buying them and storing them. In fact, this practice is wrong. Because there is a protective film on the surface of the eggshell, if there are too many eggs to fit in the refrigerator, you can also open an egg stall in a cool and dry place, not in the sun and wet place.
It can keep fresh for a long time in the refrigerator. Evenly coating a layer of cooking oil on the surface of eggs, or wrapping them with plastic wrap and putting them in the refrigerator can prevent the water in eggshells from evaporating and prevent external bacteria from invading eggs. It is best to put eggs in food bags or sealed boxes and put them in the refrigerator, because there may be bacteria such as salmonella on the eggshell, which will pollute the refrigerator. It is enough to store some properly. There is no need to store too much. If you really want to store it, you can store some things that are not perishable. There are many foods that can replace eggs, and the shelf life is long, which will slow down the deterioration. Fresh eggs can be kept in the refrigerator for about a week, and eggs over two weeks can be smelled for deterioration before use. All my eggs are stored in the refrigerator.
