Sesame steak
Ingredients: beef tenderloin, white sesame seeds, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper and red wine.
Practice:
1. Cut the beef tenderloin into thick slices, and smash the muscles loose with the back of a knife.
2. Marinate with salt, black pepper and red wine 10 minute.
3. Dip the marinated steak with flour first, then with egg liquid, and finally with white sesame seeds.
4. Fry the steak with warm oil and low fire until it is slightly yellow.

Beef steak with tomato sauce
Ingredients: 4 steaks (about 200g), 4 tomatoes (chopped), onion (chopped) 1 piece, tomato juice 1 spoon, perilla 1 teaspoon. Oil 2 tablespoons. A: brandy 1 spoon, salt 1 teaspoon, pepper 1 teaspoon. B: sugar 1 spoon, salt 1 teaspoon, corn flour 1 teaspoon, pepper half teaspoon, coriander powder 1 teaspoon.
Practice:

Raw materials: 300g of cold beef, 50g of cooked fresh bamboo shoots 150, 30g of egg liquid, 25g of pepper, 5g of onion, 00.5g of garlic paste and sesame oil, 5g of refined salt1.5g of fenjiu, 40g of wet starch, 75g of dry starch and 750g of peanut oil.
Practice:

Cut fresh bamboo shoots and peppers into diamond-shaped pieces; Mix the meat with refined salt and Fenjiu, marinate for about 15 minutes, add egg liquid and wet starch, mix well, and then stick dry starch;
2. Put the wok on medium heat, cook the oil until it is medium-cooked, fry the meat into steak, leave the wok for about 3 minutes, and fry for about 2 minutes. Put the pot back on the stove, heat it to 50%, put the fried steak and bamboo shoots in the pot together, fry for about 2 minutes, and pour the meat into a colander to drain oil until it is golden brown and cooked;
