2. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
3. Add some oil to the frying pan, stir fry the five-spice powder, onion and ginger, add the potatoes, add soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
4. Add an appropriate amount of water.
5. Add beef cubes, cooking wine and bring to boil, simmer over low heat until potatoes are cooked.
