Tying Issues that should be paid attention to when hooking:
1. The tied fishhook and brain line must be close to the hook handle in the center of the front of the hook handle (that is, the side of the hook handle facing the hook tip). Only by doing this Only after the fish is hooked can the brain line bear longitudinal force with the hook at the same time, so that the fish will not run away due to injury to the brain line; furthermore, in the case of double hook fishing, only in this way can the single hook rotate with the brain line as the axis. The radius is the smallest so that the double brain line is not easy to get entangled.
2. The number of coils wrapped around the hook handle depends on the fish condition, but it is recommended to be no less than 5 to 8 coils. Too much will increase the burden on the hook and waste brain thread; too little will not tie it firmly and make it easy to turn or unhook.
3. The coils should be wound in an orderly manner. When tightening the thread, the principle should be to tighten it without damaging the thread. Do not leave traces of the thread at the hook handle, which will affect the thread strength.
4. The thread left on the hook body should not be too long. If it is too long, it will prevent the fish from sucking the hook into the mouth. It is best to use the hook tying method of attaching the thread to the inside of the hook handle.
5. The tied coil should be as close to one end of the hook handle as possible to avoid changing the force direction of the hook due to line sliding during fishing, causing the hook handle to damage the line.
6. It is recommended that you dip some water when tightening the thread, so that it will be tight without damaging the thread.
