Composition:
Pork belly, pepper, millet, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt.
Exercise:
1. Slice pork belly, shred pepper and millet, and shred onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
2. Put oil in a hot pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until both sides are golden.
3. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine and half a spoonful of salt.
4. Add onion, ginger and garlic, add pepper and millet and stir well.
