The first step is to soak the dried conch meat in water (to save time, warm water can be used) for 10 to 20 minutes, just like soaking dried mushrooms and fungus. No need to throw it away;
The second step, two green peppers, some fungus, 100 grams of pork, slice all three, remove the conch meat and set aside;
