1 The refrigerator keeps

Note: Cordyceps stored in refrigerator is only suitable for fresh-keeping layer and should not be frozen.

2 dry preservation

If the amount of Cordyceps is relatively large, it can't be eaten up in the near future, and it is expected to be preserved for more than one year. If it needs to be preserved for a long time, you can choose dry preservation, and the method of dry preservation:

You can choose to store them in vacuum, and then pump out the air after putting the medicine in, so that the container can reach a near vacuum state. This method can preserve Cordyceps for 2~5 years.

4 Precautions for the preservation of Cordyceps sinensis

1. Cordyceps sinensis is not suitable for long-term storage, even if it is stored in vacuum, its efficacy will be lost over time, so it is best to eat it fresh.

2. Cordyceps should be inspected regularly during non-vacuum storage to see if it is damp and moldy, and exposed to the sun regularly.
