Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic
Ingredients:
Fresh Spare Ribs, Garlic, Millet Chilli, Spring Onion, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Sugar
Methods:
1. Soak the fresh spare ribs in water for 30 minutes, rinse and dry them out
2. Mix the Garlic Juice: Prepare some garlic, scent it in the hot oil, add a spoonful of sugar, salt, two spoons of soy sauce and one of oil and stir well. Add a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, two spoons of soy sauce, a spoonful of oil and mix well
3. Pour the garlic sauce into the spare ribs, add the appropriate amount of cornstarch and millet chili pepper and mix well, marinate for 50 minutes
4. Boil water in the steamer pot, steam over high heat for 20 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions to serve
